From Tenleytown, Green Theory is a straight 10-minute shot: Nebraska Ave southwest from Wisconsin, onto Loughboro Road past Sibley, then down Arizona Ave to MacArthur Blvd. We’re at 4828 MacArthur in the Palisades, free parking on the street.

Tenleytown and AU Park neighbors make up one of our biggest groups of regulars, and it’s easy to see why: we’re closer than downtown, the parking is free, and the experience is calm. Students and staff from the AU area are welcome too. Any adult 21+ can register, including with an out-of-state ID.
