At Green Theory, we are committed to providing high-quality medical cannabis products and excellent patient care. Due to the nature of our products and strict regulatory guidelines, all sales are final. However, we will always work to resolve any issues when possible.

We will consider limited exceptions in the following situations:

• Defective products (e.g., a faulty vape cartridge)

• Incorrect product received due to a fulfillment error

• Products damaged before pickup
