The Palisades' neighborhood dispensary

Green Theory isn't near the Palisades. We're in it: 4828 MacArthur Blvd NW, between the library and the rec center stretch, a short walk from the Sunday farmers market. We opened in 2024 as a locally owned medical dispensary, and most of the faces we see are neighbors.

If you're walking, we're right on MacArthur. Driving, there's free street parking out front, and the Capital Crescent Trail passes a couple of blocks below us if you're on a bike.

What we carry: flower, pre-rolls, edibles, vaporizers, concentrates, and tinctures, with DC-grown selections rotating weekly. Our budtenders will actually talk you through it, whether you're a longtime patient or just cannabis-curious.
